Return policy

Order discrepancy:
Within 30 days of purchase, only if not unpacked. Shipping costs may be deducted from the amount to be credited.

Note!

• Special order products, which are not kept in stock, and items in liquidation can not be canceled or returned.

Original product warranty:

All original products are guaranteed by the manufacturers 

Compatible & defective recycled product:

All inks and toners have a free replacement warranty against defects or defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year.

Note!
Before making a return request for a defective product:

1.  Make sure the cartridge is not at the end of its life (empty).
2. Make sure the safety tab and guards have been removed.
3. For an imaging drum: Initiate the procedure to reset the counter before considering the cartridge as defective.

Ensure that you discuss any defective product issues with our technical assistance before returning.

Receipt of order: The customer has a period of 5 working days following the delivery of his order to report an error and / or missing item (s).
